Flowers Say Hello - Magnolia-licious 'Pretty in Pink'

Hello.  Happy Tuesday!

We're currently in our 'Pretty in Pink' challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge.  It's Team B's turn to post our DT cards/projects to inspire you to join us.  Hop over to the Magnolia-licious Challenge to get the details on the challenge and how you can join in the fun.  Don't forget to check out the fabulous cards/projects that my DT teammates have created.

This is the card that I came up with.

Yes, I know, I know...that's a whole lot of pink...tee hee...and bright too!  I don't usually play around with this shade of bright pink.  My favorite shade of pink is more in the dusky pink/dusty rose range...or at least very light pink.  But I found this beautiful designer paper in my stash and I tried to match my pink shade to the one on the paper.  And this was it!

I've used a couple of adorable Tildas on my card--one from a newly released Magnolia collection and one from an older collection:

- Tilda With Fantasy Flowers from the Lost and Found Collection 2014

- Tilda With Big Tulips from the With Love Collection 2013

You can find your Magnolia stamps at Magnolia-licious, where Diana carries a large selection of both full-size and mini Magnolia stamps.  And if you don't see the particular one you are looking for, ask Diana if she can bring it in for you.  Check out also the stamps from Wee Stamps, Wild Rose Studios, Penny Black and CandibeansMagnolia-licious also carries cutting dies from various companies.  Have look at the exquisite dies from Memory BoxPoppyStamps and Magnolia Doohickey.
Prices are discounted, you get excellent customer service and what's more, you get to earn 2% in-store credit for future purchases.  Sweet!

Challenges I am entering with this card:

Just for fun - Tilda All Tangled Up

Hello.

This is going to be very short posting.  I just wanted to show a card that I did just for fun.  Trying to do a Zentangle piece here.  I've tangled up one of my very favorite Tildas...tee hee.

This adorable Magnolia image is called Rose Scent Tilda from the Sweet Crazy Love Collection 2012.  She's one of my Top 5 favorite Tildas.  I've coloured her with coloured pencils.  The image was stamped on watercolour paper--better paper for Zentangle I thought--rather than the usual paper I used for colouring with markers.

You can find this Rose Scent Tilda at Magnolia-licious on-line store, where you can also find other equally adorable Magnolia images--both full size and mini.  And if you don't see the particular one you are looking for, ask Diana if she can bring it in for you.  Check out also the stamps from Wee Stamps, Wild Rose Studios, Penny Black and CandibeansMagnolia-licious also carries cutting dies from various companies including Memory BoxPoppyStamps, Magnolia Doohickey.
Prices are discounted, you get excellent customer service and what's more, you get to earn 2% credit to be applied to future purchases.  Sweet!

Challenges for this card:
Creative Fingers Challenge #22 - Anything Goes
Crafty Girls Challenges #11 - Anything Goes
Addicted to Stamps and More! Challenge #81 - Anything Goes
Fan-tastic Tuesday Challenge #21 - Anything Goes
Loves Rubberstamps Challenge #89 - Anything Goes
Suzy Bee's Bloomin' Challenge #15 - Anything Goes
One Crazy Stamper February Challenge - Anything Goes
Heart and Soul - Bloggers Challenge Colour Splash - Black, white and a splash of colour
Craftitude Challenge 58 - Anything Goes or Valentines/Love

That's all for me today.  Thanks for stopping by.  I very much appreciate your visit.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
